Stacking The Shelves [16]: August & September 2016 Book Haul

stacking-the-shelves

Stacking The Shelves is a feature hosted by Tynga’s Reviews . It’s all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Hey guys! It feels like it’s been ages since the last time I posted something here in my blog. I changed job last July and I’ve been settling to the new environment in the past few months, then piles of work happened. So, yeah… I was buried alive. Anyway, I’m really glad that things are working smoothly recently, so, I can now catch up with my long overdue book reviews and posts. There are so many!!! That being said, I’d like to extend my apologies to the publishers and authors whom I owe book reviews. I promise to catch up. Really.

For now, let me share with you what I’ve hauled this last August and September. Most are from authors and publishers, so thank you so so much! Cheers! <3

* SEPTEMBER BOOK HAUL *

August & September

This month is Manila International Book Fair month – that means discounted books. Discounted books mean book hoarding. But, hah! I did not hoard. I was on a tight budget, you see. lol

– Purchased –

  • Lumatere Chronicles (3 books) by Melina Marchetta
  • His Fair Assassin (3 books) by Robin LaFevers
  • All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven
  • Broken Sky by L.A. Weatherly

Lumatere Chronicles and His Fair Assassin are basically purchased last July from Thriftbooks.com but they only arrived in September, so I included them here.
