Rush promised her forever… but promises can be broken.
Torn between his love for his family and his love for Blaire, Rush has to find a way to save one without losing the other. In the end one has to be more important. Letting go isnโt easy.
Blaire believed in her fairytale… but no one can live in a fantasy.
Her love for Rush and desire to have a family keep her believing that they can find a way for this to work. Until she has to make the right decision for her and the baby. Even if it breaks her heart.
Can they find the forever that they both want or has it all just gone… too far?
LISTEN TO FALLEN TOO FAR (THE WEDDING SONG) BY RUSH FINLAY … and die swooning.
Wow! This was definitely one great series-ender (at least for Blaire and Rush’s story).
I am at lost for words on how to describe this book. Just… super sweet and swoon-worthy. This book focused on Rush and Blaire who were finally about to settle together but Nan, Rush’s deranged sister, ruined everything and gave Rush the hardest time of his life. Rush was torn on setting his priorities between Blaire and their baby and his lunatic sister.
I was on all out battle with Nan throughout the book. She’s spitting venom everywhere and I. Am. Not. Pleased. If I were Blaire, I may have already blast her head so she’d never return in the picture. But she’s lucky, Blaire was TOO KIND to do do that. Blaire loves Rush and Rush loves Nan and Blaire would never do anything that would hurt her man. I was aching for Blaire during all those times when Rush has to go look over for Nan and at the same time Blaire needed him the most. Freaking bitch Nan. And I’m guessing that Nan would never change even if the whole Rosemary Beach series ends.
But thankfully, all those crazy-shit difficult times were easily forgotten when Rush was doing something for Blaire that’s way too sweet to not fall to. The Rush we knew from the first Too Far book has evolved to a great man every woman on earth would want to marry. Trust me. I almost cried on the part he sang for Blaire. I just had to really listen to the actual song on Youtube while reading that part… just because.
I was also glad to meet Dean Finlay. I thought I wouldn’t like this man, but hell, he’s not bad after all. He and Abe, together, I liked them grandfathers, totally rocking it! New characters were also introduced that I knew will play lead roles on the next books of Rosemary Beach series. I’m not sure if I’m more excited for Grant’s story or Woods’. But after knowing Harlow, I guess, I want to know her more than just a shy and polite girl.
I am also not sure if I’d want to read Rush Too Far coz I know that it’s the same story but only on Rush’s perspective. Well, isn’t that kinda redundant? Fallen Too Far was the only one from Too Far series without his POV anyway.
But overall, Forever Too Far was a great wrap-up for Blaire and Rush’s story. Abbi Glines had totally set every girl’s standard for a man TOO FREAKING HIGH after knowing Rush!
