You can only pay through credit or debit card and PayPal though. Another option would be Paymaya (there are plenty of tutorials on how to use this on online transactions).

As for the amount, there’s usually a bit of fluctuation due to the foreign exchange. And sometimes, there are bank charges (depending on which bank you are using).
